for Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast

Our Cancelation/Deposits/Payment Policy

A minimum of a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation or purchase and is charged to the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card provided by you, the client who desires to purchase a stay or product from Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast.  This minimum increases to a required 100% deposit at the time of reservation or purchase if the reservation is made within 3 days of the desired arrival date.

Anytime a cancellation or change is requested by a client,  without exception a $25 per room processing fee is charged that is in  addition to any other cancellation or change fees.

If a client does not arrive on a reservations scheduled arrival date. in addition to the full stay room reservation charges, a $50 per room no-show fee will be charged to the client's credit card on file. In the event that the client calls 985-634-7786 to inform them of last minute arrival issues, only the $50 no-show portion of the no-show fee could at Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast's discretion be waived.

Except for rare unavoidable circumstances beyond the client's ability to work around*, 50% of the of the reservation's full stays room rental rate and fee for processing cancellation ($25 per room)  will be charged the card on file for cancellations or changes made from 30 to 3 days before the scheduled arrival. For cancellations or changes made within 3 days of the reservation's scheduled arrival date, 100% of the reservation's full stays room rental rate and fee for processing cancellation ($25 per room)  will be charged the card on file.

The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. Without exception, no refunds are provided for late arrivals, no-shows or early departures.

Any extensions or stay changes added contiguous to an existing reservation or in progress stay will all be treated as a single reservation with respect to deposits and cancellation charges/fees.

For events a non-refundable  minimum deposit of 50% is required to hold the date.  Any cancellations within 30 days of an event will be charged the full amount plus an additional $25 event cancellation processing fee.

Cancelled stay fees and any outstanding balance charges are to be settled on or before the originally scheduled arrival date.

Once a stay has begun, the balance owed Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast will be cleared via charging the client's card on file either when the client checks out or every 7 days, whichever occurs first.

If an event or stay package requires third party supplier involvement, any charges they have will be billed the client  in full shortly after invoices or bills are received by Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast whether or not the event or stay happens as planned.

If any outstanding balances cannot be cleared via a credit card on file, the client will be billed and required to pay via an alternative method for the full amount.

*Call 985-634-7786 if you feel your cancellation was a result of circumstances beyond your control and ability to work around.   Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast may at their discretion deny any refund or provide a partial refund or apply part of a refund payment to a future stay certificate that will have an expiration date.
