If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date in order to receive your deposit back.
If you cancel your room reservation 30 days or less prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the room(s) re-book.
The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures
For events the 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. Any cancellations within 30 days of an event will be charged the full amount. A non-refundable payment for all but 25% of the bill is due 30 days prior to the event. If an event requires third party suppliers, any of their relevant charges they have will be billed you as they are received whether or not the event happens as planned.
