We also work with photographers to provide a beautiful backdrop for family portraits, engagement photos or to record high school / collegiate senior memories. * Spend the night and enjoy the festivities without worriyng about driving home until the next day.   One or two night bookings are allowed .

Costs for an event planner depend on the relative size of your special celebration. Prices for planning support can range from $100 to $1000.

1W. Dress The Bridal Party Event

Get ready to move on to your marriage commitment by spending a special time with the people who have been a major part of your life – your bridal attendants and moms. The Dress The Bridal Party event adds a memorable experience to allow you the seclusion and bounding needed before your wedding.

Day of Wedding Bridal Party Dressing - $695 (includes 2 rooms - 1 night)-see below

-OR- 

Rent the full facility (4 rooms+2 glamping sites at capacity for our "Best Available Pricing") for 2 Nights and as our "In Grand Style Bridal Dressing Special" and you pay no event fees.

(All quoted room stay/event package do not additional applicable taxes, gratuity or 3.5% credit card fees for charged portions)

"In Grand Style Bridal Dressing Special":

   Rent all four rooms and two glamping sites for full capacity for two days and event fee for the bridal preparation party, first night honeymoon, and photographer/videographer access fees are waived for that two day period. The entire facility is made available from 3 PM the day before the wedding to 11 AM the day after the wedding for up to 16 bridal party personages, and the hairdressers and make-up artists can be incremental personages on-site without charge.   

A daily brunch/breakfast for up to 16 bridal party guests only is included.

With this Special, facility is available for rehearsal dinner or otherwise on evening before wedding for reasonable added costs.

         (when booking your rooms you will need to contact us directly - 985-634-7786 to be able to utilize the facility for Dress the Bridal Party)

  • If any rooms are already rented by non-wedding party members before you reserve the event for full facility use, you will not have this option available. Hence, you should book out the facility and pay the deposit well in advance of your planned event date.
  • To get full facility use and have your bridesmaids enjoy the game rooms, common areas, hot tubs along with their hairdressing and make-up allowed in our spacious common areas; you will need to pay the full cost to rent all 4 rooms and the two glamping sites at full capacity for two nights.   If the full facility is rented for the nights on each side of the wedding, the bride and groom can have the option to enjoy the honeymoon 1st night of marriage package incidentals without paying the Honeymoon incremental fee (as long as the bridesmaids agree not to reuse their rooms that night).
  • If any guests not designated as an overnight guests or non-bridal party members (other than the groom and the bridal party attendants/hairdressers/make-up artists) are utilizing the common indoor areas of the facility during the Dress the Bridal Party event, an incremental $750 non-overnight guest fee will be required.   You can designate up to 16 persons as overnight guests with a full facility, full capacity rental even if those specific guests are not truly spending the night. Our rooms sleep 8 in 2 persons beds and an additional 8 can stay on-site if you bring 2 RV's.
  • If all 4 rooms and 2 glamping sites are rented for two nights where each night is before and after the wedding (full facility rental) for the Bridal Party event, all members will have full common area access. Outside food and beverages will then be allowed to be served in the common areas for all guests designated as overnight attendees in the event. When outside food/beverages are used by non-overnight guests in the common areas, a $250 potentially refundable deposit for clean-ups not done in a timely manner will be required.   
  • Only when purchasing this option and for incremental fees (costs depend on food service and desires of the bride),  we can generally arrange for day before wedding on-site evening dining for non-overnight guest and/or overnight guests that is comparable in costs to other local establishments.  This meal could serve as a rehearsal dinner. Contact us and we can work up a quote based on your desires.
  • If you rent for these two nights the full facility (rooms and glamping at full capacity), the photographer and videographer will have full access to our entire facility at no incremental charge for the rental period.

 BONUS: If the gazebo and pavillions are not already rented when making your reservations, they can also be added for no facility incremental cost to this special pricing.

    

The $695 "Wedding Bridal Party Dressing" package includes:

  • Rental of two of our three private balcony rooms on the night before the Bridal Dressing that can sleep 4 people.
  • Use these rooms for Dress the Bridal Party the day of the wedding for up to 8 people (including the bride). If there are more than 8 bridal party members, another room must be rented at the current rental rate in order to dress the complete  Bridal Party on the day of the event. With the three balcony connected second floor rooms all rented, up to 12 bridal party members (day guests) can be readily accommodated on the wedding day. Additionally, pricing will be increased accordingly for food and beverages for Dress the Bridal Party guests in excess of 4 per rented room up to 12 maximum..

Note: our facility can readily sleep up to 8 overnight guests by renting 4 rooms (more if also utilizing our Glamping slots with your RV's). .

  • If any guests not designated as overnight guests or non-bridal party members (other than the groom and the bridal party attendants/hairdressers/make-up artists) are utilizing the "common space" indoor areas of the facility during the "Wedding Bridal Party Dressing" event, an incremental $750 non-overnight guest fee will be required.  With paying the base event fee you can have can have up to 4 day guests per rented room (12 maximum) utilizing common area facilities. Only 2 guests per room will have a sleeping beds.
  • Unless the full facility (4 rooms and 2 glamping sites at capacity) are rented; the dress the bride specific festivities must be restricted to the guest rooms. Common area use by the bridal party day designated members is allowed for elements like dining, games, kitchen use. However, decorating, dressing, make-up, hairdressing must be restricted to the guest rooms. The common area quiet times after 10 PM need to be respected.
  • For non-full capacity facility rentals event for a "day" weddings we provide a per night rented full gourmet breakfast for all day designated guests (4/room rented - 12 maximum) in our Bed and Breakfast common area (Note: we have a strict limit of two overnight guests per rented room and 4 overnight guests for each of our two Glamping Sites).
  • For non-full capacity two day facility rentals event for an "evening" weddings: The package includes an incremental snack tray for all designated day guests (4 per room -12 maximum) , The snacks include(Cheese, fruit, small sandwiches and crackers--Note: for this wedding "evening" timing, breakfast service is only provided those who actually spent the night at the B&B)
  • Pricing will be increased accordingly for food and beverages for "Wedding Bridal Party Dressing" guests in excess of all day guests (4/room 12 Max).   Any guest counts in excess of 16 will require special caterers and incremental furnishings and as such will require increased pricing that will include a second event fee.
  • Beverages include soft drinks, bottled water, coffee
  • Breakfasts include fresh squeezed juice. Bring your own champagne for Mimosa's (Juice for 4 per rented room)
  • We will not charge an increment for hairdressers and makeup artists that you hire independently to attend you and your bridesmaids on the day of the wedding only (they can be incremental to the maximum of all overnight and day designated guests). This can allow you to have everything done at one location and in elegant suites.
  • Your photographer and videographer are welcome to capture memories of this unique opportunity in the "Wedding Bridal Party Dressing" rented rooms only.  Only when you rent the full facility (rooms and glamping at full capacity), will your photographer and videographer have at no charge access to our full facility rather than just the rented rooms.

2W. GAZEBO AREA WEDDINGS

Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast has a unique covered, fire pitted, swing surrounded 600 sq ft gazebo/covered walkway next to a covered outdoor 900 sq ft area that can readily accommodate up to a 100 person wedding (including the bride and groom).

Because of the seating and aisle space requirements, wedding parties in excess of 50 should not plan to serve any food (cakes included) in the gazebo area in conjunction with a wedding ceremony.  Smaller wedding parties can bring their own food or Bienvenue Mon Ami can arrange for catering on request. A $250 fee will be applied to a credit card on file if the gazebo/pavilion area is not cleaned by 10 PM when Bienvenue Mon Ami is not providing food service.

If food service or entertaining for larger events is desired on site, we can arrange for a tented reception option.

Wedding events in excess of 100 guests will require an adjacent tent with incremental guest costs.

3W. Receptions/Dining to Remember

Tented Event:  $3,599 + $40 per guest** + Cost to rent Hydrangea Room + options

(plus applicable taxes, gratuity, increased base fees for parties in excess of 100 persons and 3.5% credit card fees for any amounts charged.)

We can also provide dining service options and receptions with full catering table service in an area adjacent to the main house.  This service option applies to both to wedding receptions and larger business/family events.

Food service at our gazebo area and in our indoor common areas are limited by the available space and facilities. If you want both wedding and reception events or a larger family/business event with food service options on site, we can accommodate with a tented option.  This option often combines a main house and gazebo event (priced separately) with this concrete floored reception area under a tent next to the main house.  We can with some preplanning arrange for a special main house covered elevated head table area adjacent to the tented dining area.  

Pricing Adjustments Specific to Tented Receptions/Dining:

  Eliminating Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast providing all food/drinks from the tented reception/dining estimate will drop the per person part of the fee by 20$/person for tented  / outdoor reception parties of 100 or less. The base fee increases from $3,599 to $3,999.

   Further eliminating Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast providing plate wares, utensils, tables, chairs will drop the per person fee by 10$/person for tented / outdoor reception parties of 100 or less. The base fee increases from $3,999 to $4,199.

Celebrate your love and commitments in an intimate setting at Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast. Quick Marriages provide a private venue for your Elopement style wedding. Elegance with less stress comes with this alternative to a more traditional wedding.

This special main house day usage package includes:
  • One (1) night room rental which always includes our culinary breakfast.
  • One (1) hour use of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast living room or porches for the elopement ceremony and small reception anytime between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM (includes the ceremony, toasting,serving of cake, photographs)
  • The total number of guests allowed, including the bride and groom, is 12.
  • 8″ Round Wedding Cake. Cake table with linen. Dinnerware for cake service.

Wherever your reception is in southeast Louisiana or southern Mississippi, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfasts’ honeymoon suite(s) will give you fond wedding night memories to never be forgotten. All three of our 2nd level rooms with private balconies are equivalent to most of the world’s highest renowned honeymoon suites. The package includes two of our signature mugs and our logo Holiday ornament that will awaken fond memory cells every time you have a warm beverage or celebrate holidays.

Enjoy your Honeymoon Suite following your reception, with some of our more unique signature spa quality toiletries, in room or common area snack trays, larger servings of our signature fine chocolates,  turn-down rose-petal service, candlelight room effects, large bouquet of in-room flowers and a delicious gourmet breakfast service delivered to your room.   Of course, we also have our always available warm towels, private well furnished balconies, balcony black-out shutters, heated bidet and toilet seats, secluded outdoor hot tub, large wet room multi-headed showers and double backed claw foot tubs,.

6W. Wedding B&B PHOTO SHOOTS

Photos at our B&B - $245 for the 1st hour + $95 each added 30 minutes

(plus applicable taxes and gratuity, plus 3% credit card fees if used. Note our locations parish tax is one of the lowest in Louisiana.)

The magnificence of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast provides a beautiful setting for your bridal photos prior to the wedding dates or for anytime general family and friend photos. All Bed and Breakfast overnight guests are welcome to take all the personal photos they desire on the days they are staying overnight as long as the photos are of the grounds, buildings and overnight guests of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast. When this is not the case or involves a professional photographer, this package is needed and includes:

  • One hour photo shoot with your photographer (limit 8 extra persons)
  • May be scheduled based on availability between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, weekdays only. The guests will each need to be registered with a contact phone number and they will each be given a limited use access code.

  • We will provide you with a space to change.

Bienvenue Mon Ami provides free event firewood. This unique fire pitted gazebo and attached outdoor covered pavilion readily seats 34 and can accommodate up to a 75 person appetizer /dessert based celebration. We keep corn hole, horse shoes  and several other outdoor games available for our gazebo area patrons. .  We can arrange for gazebo catering where the pricing depends on selected menus.

Our per guest food option catering prices range from $8 for Drinks/Cakes to $35 for appetizers/drinks/fruit tray/cheese tray/desserts.

Option 2: for parties in excess of 16 persons:- Cost of 4 rooms & 2 glamping sites at full capacity + food options + $495 (has the potential to be waived for a multiple night stay or if adjunct to a tented event fee during event)

    (plus applicable taxes, gratuity, increased base fees for parties in excess of 100 persons)

    (plus 3.5% credit card fees for any amounts charged beyond room rentals).

To fully enjoy the main house event area air-conditioned gallery, wrap-around porch and indoor common area spaces (game room/dining room / kitchenette / dining area/gallery) for up to 100 guests as a multiple appetizer/dessert tray event, you must rent all 4 guest rooms, the 2 glamping sites at full capacity.    Guest counts in excess of 16 will pay a $495 incremental guest fee.

Events in the main house indoor/porch areas have numerous unique seating locations in place.  No furniture rearranging and no incremental seating or table set-ups beyond what is permanently in place will be allowed without increased fees.

If you rent all 4 rooms and 2 glamping sites at full capacity when you have also paid for a tented reception and/or paid gazebo area event, the main house 495$ non-overnight event guest fee is waived.  If you book out all rooms for multiple nights, the fees for having multiple guests beyond the base 16 may also be waived (depends on how many extra guests are involved). Call to determine if extra guest fee can be waived. When multiple nights book out all the rooms Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast can acquire appetizer/dessert catering to the main house common areas with prices equivalent to options described for our gazebo area special events. page for more details that include usage times allowed and ongoing main house developments. Inspect our room reservation calendar to find periods where no rooms are rented to determine our potential main house event openings. You need to do this as early as possible to assure you can reserve your event period and to make sure there are no other issues.

3G. Business Conferences-Mon Ami

Business Day Conferences:

 Option 1: for parties less than 17 persons: Cost of 4 rooms & 2 glamping sites at full capacity for night before, nights during and night after events+ food options

Option 2: for parties in excess of 16 persons: Cost of 4 rooms & 2 glamping sites at full capacity for night before, nights during and after events+food options + $495 (For conference events over multiple days - minimum 3 nights stay- the excess person event fee may be waived. Call to determine if size and type of event can allow waiving fee).

(plus applicable taxes, gratuity and further increased base fees for parties in excess of 30 persons may apply)

(plus a 3.5% credit card fees for any amounts beyond room rentals)

Business team building exercises or small conferences for up to 30 people can be readily accommodated in our loft area with dual large screen HDTV to PC hook-ups a potential.  Break-out areas work well on our wrap around porch. Other break-out options include our 3 guest level individual rooms which can have seating for up to 8 people in each room.  Our guest rooms all come with an HDTV with potential PC / internet connections,  

Although not in an area with a view of our dual presentation loft HDTV’s, our guest level dining area can seat 25 persons and our wrap around outdoor porch has chairs for 16 and tables for 12 more. These non-loft areas can serve to provide lunch and snack services.  The fresh ground coffee and tea are included and unlimited.   

Buffet style snack, lunch and breakfast catering services can be made available for a fee. If breakfast catering is an option selected, we will not charge a breakfast catering fee for your designated registered overnight guests (up to 16 maximum).  Note that you can designate up to 16 persons as registered overnight guests, even if they are not spending the night. You can also arrange for your own catering with a 250$ potentially refundable clean-up deposit.  A 250$ fee will be retained/charged for each night of the event that requires Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast to clean-up after the caters.

We have a small business center with a limited use PC, printer and copier available.  If you require printing of more than a few sheets, you should plan to bring copies with you.

To gain access to this unique team building capability, your business will have to reserve the main house event with the criteria described for our evening events. To gain all normal business hour access for non-overnight guests of your event (8AM to 5PM), the nights on each side of the full day event must be rented for all 4 rooms and 2 glamping sites at full capacity.   

Renting the facility for your business function gives key guests access to our 4 double occupancy high end rooms with unique private baths and balconies.  If needed for your other guests, there are a number of hotels within a 10 mile radius. Inspect our accommodations and events pages for more details that that include usage times allowed and ongoing main house developments. 4G. B&B PHOTO SHOOTS

Photos at our B&B - $245 for the 1st hour + $90 each added 30 minutes

(plus applicable taxes and gratuity, plus 3.5% credit card fees if used. Note our locations parish tax is one of the lowest in Louisiana.)

The magnificence of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast provides a beautiful setting for your bridal photos prior to the wedding dates or for anytime general family and friend photos. All Bed and Breakfast overnight guests are welcome to take all the personal photos they desire on the days they are staying overnight as long as the photos are of the grounds, buildings and overnight guests of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast. When your event also rents all the guest rooms and the glamping sites at full capacity, this photographer access fee is often waived. When this is not the case, this professional photographer package is required and includes:

  • One hour photo shoot with your photographer (limit 8 extra persons)
  • May be scheduled based on availability between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, weekdays only. The guests will each need to be registered with a contact phone number and they will each be given a limited use access code.
  • Additional photo shoot time may be purchased for $100/half hour
  • We will provide you with a space to change.
  • Use of the living room, grand stair case, wrap-around porch, inside stairs, elevator and outside areas only are available.

  • BBQ night foods will vary in content. However, they will always have unsweet tea (with sweeteners available), ice water and S'mores for around the fire.
  • Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast will not serve alcoholic beverages but it has no policies that prevent client's from bringing their own beverages.
  • Although we encourage guests to socialize in our common areas, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast can serve your full breakfast with fresh juices on your rooms private balcony on request.
  • In addition to a professional 18 hole golf course, Cam2 Golf Course has a driving range and you can rent balls to drive by the bucket  You can also enjoy their clubhouse before and after you tee off. After a day of hitting the dimpled ball. come back to the bed and breakfast to enjoy our games or other activities.
