Bienvenue Mon Ami works with families and businesses to help facilitate family reunions, weddings, pre-wedding events, honeymoons, art shows, holiday gatherings, team-building conferences and other events. We also work with photographers to provide a beautiful backdrop for family portraits, engagement photos or to record high school / collegiate senior memories. Gazebo Area Weddings

Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast has a unique covered, fire pitted, swing surrounded 600 sq ft gazebo/covered walkway next to a covered outdoor 900 sq ft area that can readily accommodate up to a 100 person wedding (including the bride and groom).

Because of the seating and aisle space requirements, wedding
parties in excess of 50 should not plan to serve any food (cakes included) in the gazebo area in conjunction with a wedding ceremony.  Smaller wedding parties can bring their own food or Bienvenue Mon Ami can arrange for catering on request. A $250 fee will be applied to a credit card on file if the gazebo/pavilion area is not cleaned by 10 PM when Bienvenue Mon Ami is not providing food service.

If food service or entertaining for larger events is desired on site, we
can arrange for a tented reception option.

Wedding events in excess of 100 guests will require an adjacent
tent with incremental guest costs.

Bienvenue Mon Ami provides free event firewood. This unique fire pitted gazebo and attached outdoor covered pavilion readily seats 34 and can accommodate up to a 75 person appetizer /dessert based celebration. We keep corn hole, horse shoes  and several other outdoor games available for our gazebo area patrons. .  We can arrange for gazebo catering where the pricing depends on selected menus.

Our per guest food option catering prices range from $8 for Drinks/Cakes to $35 for appetizers/drinks/fruit tray/cheese tray/desserts.

Evening Main House Comforts

Main House Evening Entertaining: $750 + Cost of 4 rooms
& 2 glamping sites + food options

(plus applicable taxes, gratuity, increased base fees for
parties in excess of 100 persons and 3.5% credit card fees for any amounts
charged).

To fully enjoy the main house event area air-conditioned gallery, wrap-around porch and indoor common area spaces (game room/dining room / kitchenette / dining area/gallery) for up to 100 guests as a multiple appetizer/dessert
tray event, you must rent all 4 guest rooms, the 2 glamping sites and pay a
$750 non-overnight guest fee.

Events in the main house indoor/porch areas have numerous unique
seating locations in place.  No furniture rearranging and no incremental seating or table set-ups beyond what is permanently in place will be allowed without increased fees.

If you rent all 4 rooms and 2 glamping sites when you have
also paid for a tented reception and/or gazebo area event, the main house 750$
non-overnight event guest fee is waived.  Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and
Breakfast can acquire appetizer/dessert catering to the main house common areas
with prices equivalent to options described for our gazebo area special events.

Business Conferences-Mon Ami

Business Day Conferences: $750 + Multiple days of 4 rooms
& 2 glamping sites + options

(plus applicable taxes, gratuity, increased base fees for
parties in excess of 30 persons and 3.5% credit card fees for any amounts
charged).

Business team building exercises or small conferences for up
to 30 people can be readily accommodated in our loft area with dual large
screen HDTV to PC hook-ups a potential.  Break-out
areas work well on our wrap around porch. 
Other break-out options include our 3 guest level individual rooms which
can have seating for up to 8 people in each room.  Our guest rooms all come with an HDTV with
potential PC / internet connections,  

Although not in an area with a view of our dual presentation
loft HDTV’s, our guest level dining area can seat 25 persons and our wrap
around outdoor porch has chairs for 16 and tables for 12 more. These non-loft
areas can serve to provide lunch and snack services.  The fresh ground coffee and tea are included
and unlimited.   

Buffet style snack, lunch and breakfast catering services
can be made available for a fee. If breakfast catering is an option selected,
we will not charge a breakfast catering fee for your registered overnight guests.
 You can also arrange for your own
catering with a 250$ potentially refundable clean-up deposit.  A 250$ fee will be retained/charged for each night
of the event that requires Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast to clean-up
after the caters. 

We have a small business center with a limited use PC, printer
and copier available.  If you require
printing of more than a few sheets, you should plan to bring copies with you.

To gain access to this unique team building capability, your
business will have to reserve the main house event with the criteria described for
our evening events. To gain all normal business hour access for non-overnight
guests of your event (8AM to 5PM), the nights on each side of the full day
event must be rented for all 4 rooms and 2 glamping sites. One $750
non-overnight guest event fee will be required for each calendar day of the
actual meeting. 

If an evening dinner or appetizer/dessert evening event is
desired for non-overnight guests of your business event, either the 300$/hour event
extension fee or another 750$ second event fee will apply.

Renting the facility for your business function gives key
guests access to our 4 double occupancy high end rooms with unique private
baths.  If needed for your other guests,
there are a number of hotels within a 10 mile radius.

Receptions/Dining to Remember

Tented Event:  $3,599 + $40 per guest** + Cost to
rent Hydrangea Room + options

(plus applicable taxes, gratuity, increased base fees for
parties in excess of 100 persons and 3.5% credit card fees for any amounts charged.)

We can also provide dining service options and receptions with
full catering table service in an area adjacent to the main house.  This service option applies to both to
wedding receptions and larger business/family events.

Food service at our gazebo area and in our indoor common
areas are limited by the available space and facilities. If you want both
wedding and reception events or a larger family/business event with food
service options on site, we can accommodate with a tented option.  This option often combines a main house and
gazebo event (priced separately) with this concrete floored reception area
under a tent next to the main house.  We
can with some preplanning arrange for a special main house covered elevated head
table area adjacent to the tented dining area.  

Pricing
Adjustments Specific to Tented Receptions/Dining:

   Eliminating Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast providing all food/drinks from the tented reception/dining estimate will drop the per person part of the fee by 20$/person for tented  / outdoor reception parties of 100 or less. The base fee increases from $3,599 to $3,999. 

    Further eliminating Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast providing plate wares, utensils, tables, chairs will drop the per person fee by 10$/person for tented / outdoor reception parties of 100 or less. The base fee increases from $3,999 to $4,199.

Dress The Bridal Party Event

Day of Wedding Bridal Party Dressing - $995 + options

(plus applicable taxes and gratuity, plus 3.5% credit card fees if used)

Get ready to move on to your marriage commitment by spending a special time with the people who have been a major part of your life – your bridal attendants and moms. The Dress The Bridal Party event adds a memorable experience to allow you the seclusion and bounding needed before your wedding.

This package includes:
  • Rental of two of our private balcony rooms on the night before the Bridal Dressing for 4 people.
  • Use these rooms for Dress the Bridal Party the day of the wedding for up to 8 people (including the bride). If there are more than 8 bridal party members, another room must be rented to Dress The Bridal Party on the day of the event. With the three balcony connected second floor rooms all rented, up to 12 bridal party members can be readily accommodated on the wedding day. Additionally, pricing will be increased accordingly for food and beverages for Dress the Bridal Party guests in excess of 8.
  • Note: our facility can accommodate up to 8 overnight guests by renting 4 rooms (more if also utilizing our RV glamping slots). Renting the 3rd and 4th rooms and the glamping sites will increase the Dress the Bridal Party event cost by the currently published room/glamping rates at time the reservations are made.
  • To get full facility use and have your bridesmaids enjoy the game rooms, common areas, hot tubs and possibly have their hairdressing and make-up done in our spacious common areas; you will need to pay the incremental cost to rent all 4 rooms and the two glamping sites for two nights. If the full facility is rented for the nights on each side of the wedding, the bride and groom can enjoy the honeymoon 1st night of marriage package incidentals without paying the Honeymoon incrementall fee (as long as the bridesmaids agree not to reuse their rooms that night). If any rooms are already rented by non-wedding party members before you reserve the event with this option, you will not have this option.
  • If any non-overnight guests or non-bridal party members (other than the groom and the bridal party attendants/hairdressers/make-up artists) are utilizing the common indoor areas of the facility when all 4 rooms and 2 glamping sites are rented during the Dress the Bridal Party event, an incremental $750 non-overnight guest fee will be required.
  • If all 4 rooms and 2 glamping sites are rented for the Brial Party event, all members will have full common area access and outside food and beverages will then be allowed to be served in the common areas for all in the event. Even with guest provided food, the dress the bridal party events fees will not be reduced. When outside food/beverges are used by non-overnight guests in the common areas, a $250 potentially refundable deposit for clean-ups not done in a timely manner will be required.
  • For day weddings: Full gourmet breakfast for all overnight guests and up to 4 others in our Bed and Breakfast common area (Note: we have a strict limit of two overnight guests per rented room).
  • For evening weddings: The package includes an incremental snack tray for all overnight guests and up to 4 others (cheese, fruit, small sandwiches and crackers)
  • Pricing will be increased accordingly for food and beverages for Dress the Bridal Party guests in excess of all overnight guests and up to 4 others.
  • Beverages include soft drinks, bottled water, coffee
  • Fresh squeezed OJ-bring your own champagne (for up all overnight guests and up to 4 others)
  • We will not charge an increment for hairdressers and makeup artists that you hire independently to attend you and your bridesmaids on the day of the wedding only (they can be incremental to the maximum of all overnight guests and up to 4 others). This can allow you to have everything done at one location and in elegant suites.
  • Your photographer and videographer are welcome to capture memories of this unique opportunity in the Dress The Bridal Party Rented Rooms.

Luxurious Suite - $300 + options

Wherever your reception is in southeast Louisiana or southern Mississippi, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfasts’ honeymoon suite(s) will give you fond wedding night memories to never be forgotten. All three of our 2nd level rooms with private balconies are equivalent to most of the world’s highest renowned honeymoon suites. The package includes two of our signature mugs that will awaken fond memory cells every time you have a warm beverage in them.

Enjoy your Honeymoon Suite following your reception, with our signature spa quality toiletries, our signature fine chocolates, warm towels, heated toilet seats, secluded outdoor hot tub, double backed claw foot tubs, turn-down rose-petal service, in-room flowers and a delicious gourmet breakfast in the morning.

Please Note:
  • No rose petals may be brought into Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast to sprinkle for wedding ceremonies or for the honeymoon suite.
  • Breakfast is served at our common area breakfast table or for no incremental charge you can take breakfast on your private balconies dining area.

Wrap Around Porch
Wedding

Wrap Around Porch or Living Area Wedding: $459 + options

(plus applicable taxes and gratuity, plus 3.5% credit card fees if used)

Celebrate your love and commitments in an intimate setting at Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast. Quick Marriages provide a private venue for your Elopement style wedding. Elegance with less stress comes with this alternative to a more traditional wedding.

This special main house day usage package includes:
  • One (1) night room rental which always includes our culinary breakfast.
  • One (1) hour use of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast living room or porches for the elopement ceremony and small reception anytime between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM (includes the ceremony, toasting, serving of cake, photographs)
  • The total number of guests allowed, including the bride and groom, is 12.
  • 8″ Round Wedding Cake. Cake table with linen. Dinnerware for cake service.
  • Champagne flutes provided (Champagne must be brought by customer)
  • Two (2) Witnesses
  • Assistance with securing an officiant (cost of the officiant is to be paid by customer)
  • We are happy to arrange for a local photographer for your event.(Cost of photography to be paid by customer)

Special Specials

1. Book a stay on Wednesday and Thursday Nights and you can join us for a free BBQ with S'mores for dessert in our new covered fire pitted gazebo/pavilion. With advance notice friends of overnight guests can join the Thursday night BBQ fun for 25$ a person.

2. Sign up for our extend your Stay Event. Every continuous third night of any main house booking will be 95$.

  • BBQ night foods will vary in content. However, they will always have unsweet tea (with sweeteners available), ice water and S'mores for around the fire.

  • Although we encourage guests to socialize in our common areas, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast can serve your full breakfast with fresh juices on your rooms private balcony on request.

B&B Photo shoots

Photos at our B&B - $250 for the 1st hour + $100 each added 30 minutes

(plus applicable taxes and gratuity, plus 3% credit card fees if used. Note our locations parish tax is one of the lowest in Louisiana.)

The magnificence of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast provides a beautiful setting for your bridal photos prior to the wedding dates or for anytime general family and friend photos. All Bed and Breakfast overnight guests are welcome to take all the personal photos they desire on the days they are staying overnight as long as the photos are of the grounds, buildings and overnight guests of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast. When this is not the case or involves a professional photographer, this package is needed and includes:

This package includes:
  • One hour photo shoot with your photographer (limit 8 extra persons)
  • May be scheduled based on availability between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, weekdays only. The guests will each need to be registered with a contact phone number and they will each be given a limited use access code.
  • Additional photo shoot time may be purchased for $100/half hour
  • We will provide you with a space to change.
  • Use of the living room, grand stair case, wrap-around porch, inside stairs, elevator and outside areas only are available.
