Main House Evening Package: Price Options for up to 8, 9-26, 27-40 and over 40 persons

Based on Rooms Rented

For these events, for goups of 9 or more, the venue is considered unavailable on the date desired if any glamping or rooms have been previously booked by a client not associated with the event. Significant advanced planning and reservations are encouraged for this reason.

The function cannot begin set-ups until 3 PM of the 1st night of room rentals and must complete clean-ups by 11 am of the morning after the last night's rental, when the B&B managed catering is not utilized. If more time is needed before or beyond these times, more nights will have to be rented.

When the B&B managed catering is utilized, the event must be completed before 11 PM of the night rentals occur. Only persons allowed after the end time should be those specifically designated as staying overnight in the 4 rented rooms or glamping spots.

We have several managed catering options and potential facility enhancements (tent and equipment rentals) that will add costs whose amount depends on the on the 3rd party supplier costs and a B&B service fee that varies depending uopon how much the B&B staff is involved.

Option 1:

For parties up to 8 persons (essentially you and you guests are on site as normal B&B guests)

+ Cost is only Normal Room Rental Fees unless 3rd party caterering is involved: One room for each of 2 guests must be rented

+ Food options (could be only $250 potentially refundable clean-up fee if no B&B organized evening catering is utilized)

+ Amenities include Chef Laura's gourmet breakfast, evening snacks, unlimited water/soda/tea/coffee and the rest of our typical B&B extra's

+ Although the common area fully functional kitchen is always available to our overnight guests; if the B&B is not organizing the caterers, the B&B proprietor's kitchen is unavailable for events of this size

Option 2:

For parties with 8-26 persons (essentially you are renting the facility for your guests to enjoy the B&B for the night. For events where at least four rooms are rented, the facility is generally held for your exclusive use):

+ Cost of 4 rooms for persons --1-8 (minimum overnight rental rate for more than 6 person events is to rent all 4 rooms)

    "plus" Cost currently listed per person price for incremental overnight guests - persons 9-26

+ If the 4 rooms of the facility are rented for "two" full nights, the "plus" costs listed above are waived for every guest in excess of the initial 8 count that was informed to the hosts as not staying overnight and are not dining on the breakfast and snacks provided by the B&B.

+ Amenities includes for overnight guests only are Chef Laura's gourmet breakfast, evening snacks, unlimited water/soda/tea/coffee and the rest of our typical B&B extra's for overnight guests

+ Food options (could be only $250 potentially refundable clean-up fee if no B&B organized catering is utilized)

+ $200 for B&B proprietor's kitchen use fee if more than the common area guest kitchen is necessary for catering that the B&B is not organizing

Option 3:

For parties of 27-40 persons:

Cost of renting 4 rooms at full capacity for two nights (ie with all the "plus" costs seen in option 2 but for two nights-Note that person counts in excess of 26 are not eligable for a B&B provided breakfast, evening snack or to stay overnight at the B&B).
+ food options (could be only $250 potentially refundable clean-up fee if no B&B organized catering is utilized)

+ If the 4 rooms of the facility are rented for "two" full nights, the "plus" costs listed above are waived for every guest in excess of the initial 8 count that was informed to the hosts as not staying overnight and are not dining on the breakfast and snacks provided by the B&B.

+ Amenities included for overnight guests only are Chef Laura's gourmet breakfast, evening snacks, unlimited water/soda/tea/coffee and the rest of our typical B&B extra's for overnight guests

+ Food options (could be only $250 potentially refundable clean-up fee if no B&B organized catering is utilized)

+ $200 for B&B proprietor's kitchen use fee if more than the common area guest kitchen is necessary for catering the B&B is not organizing
+ if needed, any furniture move costs

To fully enjoy the main house event area air-conditioned gallery, wrap-around porch and indoor common area spaces (game room/dining room / kitchenette / dining area/gallery) for 27 to 40 guests as a multiple appetizer/dessert tray event, you must rent all 4 guest rooms for two nights. 

Events in the main house indoor/porch areas have numerous unique seating locations in place.  No furniture rearranging and no incremental seating or table set-ups beyond what is permanently in place will be allowed without increased fees.

Option 4:

For parties of 41+ persons:

Cost of renting 4 rooms and two glamping sites at full capacity for two nights

+ food options (could be only $250 potentially refundable clean-up fee if no B&B organized catering is utilized)
+ $495 (has the potential to be waived for a multiple night complete facility rental in conjunction with events up to 100 people: Note that events with more than 100 will not have this fee waived)

+ If at least 4 rooms of the facility are rented for "two" full nights, the "plus" costs listed above are waived for every guest in excess of the initial 8 count that do not stay overnight and are excluded from the breakfast and snacks provided by the B&B. For parties of 41 or more, the RV slots must also be rented.

+ $200 for B&B proprietor's kitchen use fee if more than the common area guest kitchen is necessary for catering the B&B is not organizing
+ if needed, any furniture move costs

To fully enjoy the main house event area air-conditioned gallery, wrap-around porch and indoor common area spaces (game room/dining room / kitchenette / dining area/gallery) formore trhan 41 guests as a multiple appetizer/dessert tray event, you must rent all 4 guest rooms and the 2 glamping sites at full capacity for two nights. 

If you book out all rooms and RV glamping spots for multiple nights, the fees for having non-obernight payiong guests beyond the base 26 may also be waived for guest counts up to 100. Call to determine if extra guest fees can be waived. When multiple nights book out all the rooms and RV glamping spots, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast can acquire appetizer/dessert catering to the main house common areas with per person prices.  Inspect our reservation calendar to find periods where no rooms/RV slots are rented to determine our potential main house event openings. You need to do this as early as possible to assure you can reserve your event period and to make sure there are no other issues.

If the B&B staff have to do clean-ups beyond what normal B&B guests would require, there will be a $250 charge added to the credit card on file for each area in disarray. Similarly, costs to repair any damages caused by event guests will be charged to the card on file. See our policy statements on this website for details.

If any rooms or glamping spots are rented by another client on the desired date before you put down the non-refundable 50% deposit, you will no longer be able to schedule your event on that date. Please reserve your dates ASAP to avoid disappointments. When you make your reservation, we will block the glamping sites from making reservations so that you can be assured of whole facility exclusive use for your event. As this event requires assurance of availability etc, we urge you to call us asap to start helping you.

In addition to the facility charges acquired by renting all 4 rooms, you will need to purchase any decorations desired, food catering, alcohol catering, and any photographic services desired. You may also desire to acquire items not included in this package price such as special sound equipment, special outdoor night lighting, musicians (or DJ's), stemware, extra plates/silverware, decorations and any other special items desired to create your unique experience.

When alcohol is served by a caterer, there will be an added $150 charge by the B&B to acquire event liability insurance covering the Bed and Breakfast and the wedding organizers/clients.

The owner's quarters (including their breakfast prep kitchen, their garage, and pantry) and porch/outdoor area adjacent to their entry ways are not included in the facility rental. Also excluded in the rental are metal barn building internal spaces.

    (plus 3.5% credit card fees for any amounts charged beyond room rentals).

Please Note:
  • Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast will not serve alcoholic beverages but it has no policies that prevent client's from bringing their own beverages.
  • Although we encourage guests to socialize in our common areas, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast can serve your full breakfast with fresh juices on your rooms private balcony on request.
  • In addition to a professional 18 hole golf course, Cam2 Golf Course has a driving range and you can rent balls to drive by the bucket. You can also enjoy their clubhouse before and after you tee off. After a day of hitting the dimpled ball. come back to the bed and breakfast to enjoy our games or other activities.
