Have your intimate wedding on the wraparound porch, under the historic spreading live oak wedding tree, under thepond trellis, at the floating flue fire pit gazebo, next to any of oursculpture garden life size bronze statues or in the common indoor living area.  Outdoor locations can optionally include a free Black GMC Denali Yukon delivery of the bride/groom to from the ceremony.

$599 Day Wedding up to 10 Guests in addition to Bride/Groom

For an afternoon wedding between the hours of noon and 3:30 PM, you can have up to 10 day guests in addition to the bride and groom, officiant and photographer and any B&B staff witnessing event.

$699 Evening Wedding up to 6 Guests in addition to Bride/Groom

Due to customer demand we are extending this package for the same price to smaller groups of people as an evening package for the same price. If you desire an evening elopement stylewedding, you can have up to 6 evening only guests in addition to the bride andgroom, the officiant, the photographer and B&B staff witnessing event. The ceremony must be completed between the hours of 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM and cannot start before 4:00 PM. We are happy to give you a terrific elopement location and some support in an environment that you can enjoy with minimum disruptions between your party and our other potential 0 to 14 overnight guests that you have not invited to attend the wedding.  

More Guests Welcome if Guests Spend the Night

If you desire more than 6 evening only wedding guests or 10 day only guests, we gladly allow any extra guests desired if they become an overnight guest by renting any of our available luxury accommodations for the night. If the overnight rooms are available, up to 6 more are readily accommodated (on three king/queen beds). After all the individual rooms are rented, you can rent sleeping spots for up to 4 more wedding guests (on 2 queen beds shared in two of the rooms you've rented). Increasing your evening guest counts by renting RV slots (bring your own RV) has specialconsiderations and requires your calling to discuss the options.

Cost is $599 for the day or $699 for the evening packages described herein for the head counts described above.

Celebrate your love and commitments in the grand settings at Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast and Art Gallery with Sculpture Garden. Quick Marriages provide a private venue for your Elopement style wedding. Elegance with less stress comes with this alternative to a more traditional wedding.

This special limited attendee B&B house day usage and evening usage packages (either for $599)  includes:

  • One (1) night room rental for any night of the week in your choice of one of any available 3 private balcony suites. The bride and groom amenities includes our fresh squeezed morning juices, scheduled secluded, outdoor hot tub use for 2, unlimited fresh ground coffees (lattes/espressos and more)/teas/soda/bottled water/hot     chocolate and culinary, breakfasts prepared by the award winning Chef Laura (2020,2021 and 2022 Best Chef on Northshore from Sophisticated Woman)
  • This package provides Honeymoon night amenities that have a unique romantic effect. We try to make sure the bride/groom get any of our 3 available balcony honeymoon suites.
  • We include one of our branded coffee cups, for you as a keepsake.
  • All overnight guests get complimentary sample chocolates and evening snacks for each night they are staying.
  • Three-and-a-half (up to 3 1/2) hour use of Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast living room or porches for the elopement ceremony and small reception anytime between 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM for the daytime wedding or between 4 PM and 7:30 PM for the evening wedding (includes the ceremony, toasting, serving of cake,     photographs).

The wedding also works well as a ceremony at several outdoor or partially covered locations. You can choose amongst the following locations:

  • Under our grand oak tree with an approach down our grand staircase and over our unique wedding tree approach bridge
  • Under the pond trellis with the lighted fountain, bronze statue and water on three sides
  • Under the cover of the floating flue, fire pitted gazebo with outdoor tables, comfortable chairs for all guests and ceramic egg grilling options
  •  Next to any of the Sculpture Garden statues
  •  Atop our pond's dam fire pitted on concrete slab picnic and fishing area with the grand mansion, pond, forest and sculpture gardens as a backdrop.
  • On the Mansion's grand view  wrap-around covered porch  (The wraparound porch can be a fall back venue in the event of a hard rain)

The bride and groom are welcome toserve a small meal/appetizers/reception for the guests and paid support members as long as they have arranged a B&B common area service and clean-up by 4:30 PM for a day wedding and finished and cleaned up by 9:00 PM for the smaller evening wedding.

Bride/groom should consider, for an incremental fee, scheduling or purchasing other package/product options (eg extra nights stays, couples massage, theatre packages, branded chocolate boxes,jewelry our branded take home soaps, featured artist paintings......). Any additional nights stays after the 1st night will incur our normal rental fees,

Headcount Limitations

The total number of guests allowed in this price with the daytime package deal including the bride and groom is 12 people and for the evening package deal is 8 people-both of which are in addition to photographer, officiant and B&B Staff.  Larger parties of day or evening only guests not spending the night will have to reserve the whole facility for one or two nights and schedule a wedding party event. Contact the proprietors directly if largerweddings are sought.. If your guests are spending the night at our B&B,they can attend your wedding in addition to the above headcounts.

Dining Element Provisions:

  • 8″ Round Wedding Cake. Cake table with or without linen. Dinnerware for cake service is provided by Bienvenue Mon Ami B&B.
  • Champagne flutes provided by B&B (Champagne must be brought by customer)

Support Provided:

  • Two (2) Witnesses can be provided (if no other guests than wedding couple)
  • Assistance with securing an officiant (cost of the officiant is to be paid by customer)
  • We are happy to help facilitate finding a local photographer for your event. (Cost of photography to be paid by customer)

Please Note:

Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfastwill not serve alcoholic beverages but it has no policies that prevent client'sfrom bringing their own beverages or having a licensed caterer servingbeverages.

  • Although we encourage guests to  socialize in our common areas, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast can serve your full breakfast with fresh juices on your room’s private balcony  and at several other mansion locations on request.

If the B&B staff have to do clean-ups beyond what normal B&B guests would require, there will be a $250 charge added to the credit card on file for each area in disarray. Similarly, costs to repair any damages caused by event guests will be charged to the card on file. See our policy statements on this website for details.

If any rooms or glamping spots are rented by another client on the desired date before you put down the non-refundable 50% deposit, you will no longer be able to schedule your event on that date. Please reserve your dates ASAP to avoid disappointments. When you make your reservation, we will block the glamping sites from making reservations so that you can be assured of whole facility exclusive use for your event. As this event requires assurance of availability etc, we urge you to call us asap to start helping you.

In addition to the facility charges acquired by renting all 4 rooms, you will need to purchase flowers, food catering, alcohol catering, officiant support, photographic services, clothing attire, invitations and a wedding cake. You may also desire to acquire items not included in this package price such as special sound equipment, special outdoor night lighting, musicians (or DJ's), stemware, extra plates/silverware, decorations and any other special items desired to create your unique experience.

When alcohol is served by a caterer, there will be an added $150 charge by the B&B to acquire event liability insurance covering the Bed and Breakfast and the wedding organizers/clients.

The owner's quarters (including their breakfast prep kitchen, their garage, and pantry) and porch/outdoor area adjacent to their entry ways are not included in the facility rental. Also excluded in the rental are metal barn building internal spaces.
